SEVAC operated a Weekly Psychiatric Clinic at the Dumdum Central Correctional Home from the month of August 2000 to the month of March 2016. From the month of April 2016 the Correctional Department of the Government of West Bengal has taken over this clinic from SEVAC. Hence presently the SEVAC Team has been assisting the authority of the said home to run the clinic in a befitting manner. SEVAC also operated Psychiatric Clinics in some big custodial homes/vagrant homes (including S.M.M Home, Liluah ) of West Bengal for a considerable length of time since the year 1996.
