Mental Health Education & Awareness Generation

SEVAC imparts Mental Health Education to the Police Officers working across the country. Since police often work as the frontline respondents of the persons with mental illness living in difficult situation, we have given emphasis on empowering them to understand and address the problems and needs of the mental patients who need their help and support.

SEVAC also imparts Mental Health Education to the people coming from different walks of life including the Officials of the Custodial & Correctional Institutions, Nurses, Paramedics, School Teachers, NGO Workers, Representatives of the Women Groups because persons with mental illness often seek their support.

Different Nursing Schools & Teaching Institutions have identified SEVAC for the empowerment of their student through internship.

SEVAC has been identified as an Examination Sub-centre for the Diploma in Music, Art and Craft.
